Please keep sharing + projects + all the prayers

We still don’t have any new updates or promising leads for Riley. Please continue praying and sharing. Thank you for your support!

The cutest little napper, who will only nap on his own in our bed. Whatever works!

I have been trying to stay busy here at home, so I knocked out a few projects this week. The first was getting my desk and office area out of the room that will be Coop’s big boy room when the baby gets here. We are working on the den in our house, which will eventually become my office space, but for now, my office is in the living room. My dad built this desk for me and it is SOLID. I cannot move it by myself, but that didn’t stop me from trying. I was able to get the top half moved, but definitely could not move the bottom half. I tried my best, but eventually called in reinforcements. Huge thank you to Chelsea, who came right over and helped me move the desk to the living room. She’s the reason I was able to knock out these projects!

Got my office space moved and set up in its temporary location.

Coop has been grabbing my face and giving me smooches like this recently. It melts me.

Once we got my desk out of this room, Coop and I started working on putting up his dinosaur decals. He was SO excited to help.

I love how they turned out. Coop walked in, looked at them, said, “WOW!”, and immediately asked me where the velociraptors were. HA!.

On Wednesday, I had a check-up for baby brother. It was also glucose test time. I don’t mind this drink or test at all. Lots of people had scared me when I was pregnant with Coop, but it’s really not that bad in my opinion. Baby boy is growing like he should and all my tests came back good, so I’m very thankful for that.

We had a candlelight prayer vigil Wednesday night at Riley’s high school. There were lots of tears, lots of hugs, and so many people who love Riley. The support was amazing.

This update was shared Wednesday.

Coop woke up Thursday morning and requested chocolate milk and “T-Rex move in bed”, so that’s exactly what he got. He laid like this for a little bit and it cracked me up.

Thursday morning, we went to play at my friend Chelsea’s for a little bit. Coop is obsessed with their swings, so we spent most of our time here.

We also dug in the dirt and played with worms. It was a good morning.

While Coop napped yesterday, I knocked out a little bit of work.

This update was shared Thursday. We are still searching and praying for a miracle.

One of my favorite pictures of Coop and Riley snuggling.

Happy Friday, friends – have a good weekend and be safe.
