Coop requested a popsicle while we played outside waiting on dinner. I can’t turn down a popsicle, so we enjoyed dessert before dinner. 10/10 recommend.
These two had the best time golfing the other night. Coop keeps asking to go back to the golf course.
Nap time snuggles with my favorite toddler. I woke up to him singing his ABC’s.
We went through the car wash yesterday and Coop was very excited for his sloth to experience everything. He held him like this the whole time and talked to him about what we were seeing. It was so sweet.
I feel like this is how my whole week has gone, ha! Jake is still working wonky hours, so Coop and I grabbed Steak ‘n Shake for dinner. I went to pick up the shake for us to share and it spilled EVERYWHERE. I dropped it right on the leaf of our table, so it went all over the floor, too. Woof. I got it all cleaned up and we headed outside to play before bedtime.
Our sixth anniversary is Sunday! We had bought tickets to see Morgan Wallen on Saturday, but I’ve been crampy all week and we didn’t think it was smart for me to stand in the heat for a long time right now. I’m so bummed, but we’re selling our tickets. Soooo, if you need Morgan Wallen tickets for tomorrow, let me know! I’ll give ya a good deal. I just don’t want them to go to waste!
We are going to go on a dinner date now, which is probably a better choice when I’m almost 36 weeks pregnant. Also, since Jake’s been working such crazy hours, we haven’t gotten to have dinner as a family all week. I can’t wait to spend some one-on-one time together!
