Feeling rough + sanitizing all the things + 5 days!

I am still soaking up these nap snuggles with Coop. I feel like I lose a big chunk of my day napping for two hours, but I’m just so dang tired.

I ate this meal for three dinners in a row. It was delicious. A tortilla with Mexican rice, avocado, and cheese. I topped it with some pineapple salsa and plain Greek yogurt. Mmmm.

I had a webinar over grant writing during dinner, so Coop watched The Emperor’s Groove while I watched the webinar.

As I’ve been organizing and cleaning, I’ve just had all our IVF stuff for Jaxon sitting on the kitchen table. I still can’t believe we never have to go through all of that again. It took me over a year to throw out everything from Cooper’s transfer. I think I’m ready to part with all of this stuff…I think. The end of the hardest, best ending chapter of our lives to this point.

I also started sanitizing and cleaning everything for nursing. I forgot how much goes into breastfeeding! This is just one batch of three I have to clean.

I told Coop it was nap time and walked in to this scene. HA! This kid keeps us laughing all day long. I love seeing his little personality grow each day.

Woof. Last night was rough. I felt like I was in the first trimester all over again. I was so nauseated and had the worst headache. I was counting down the seconds until Jake got home. Once he was home, I showered and crawled into bed while he and Coop rode bikes to the playground. He’s the best dad out there and we’re so lucky he’s ours!

Having a hard time eating right now, so cheese and mayo sandwiches are happening again.

The sweetest boy held my hand while we watched a movie.

Five days. Five. I can’t believe it! We’re so so ready!

Happy Friday, friends!
