I am loving these Might Spark turkey and sweet potato sausages. They have a maple flavor in them, too, and it just makes them so delicious. I got them at Lucky’s. On sale!
Lu made herself a bed. I love how her tush is tucked under the blanket.
Jake asked me a few days ago if I could be home for a few hours on Tuesday for a delivery. I assumed it was Altra stuff – sometimes he gets demo shoes sent to him to take to various demo runs. Soooo, I was expecting an order of shoes when this huge delivery truck pulled up. The delivery guy came to our door and asked if I was Mrs. Bradley and if I was expecting a delivery. I said, “Yes…some shoes I think…” HA! The delivery guy laughed and said, “I don’t think this delivery is shoes. It’s a treadmill. A big ass treadmill.”
Boy, was he right! It was MASSIVE! I was in shock. I had NO clue. The delivery guys were pretty amused by me not knowing about the treadmill.

This bad boy is a joint present from Jake and my parents. Graduation present from Jake and Christmas present from my parents. I’m in love.
The model is the X11i. It’s amazing. I’m still learning about all the incredible things it can do.
As badly as I wanted to assemble the treadmill and run on it, I made myself go to the Y and spend some time on the elliptical.
These emails still make my heart jump. I can’t believe graduation is next weekend! If you live near Columbia and don’t have anything to do on a Friday night, come to graduation! ; )

I LOVE wrapping Christmas presents. I have just about all of the presents for everyone, so I started wrapping yesterday.
I have a few more to wrap, but I don’t have them yet. I’ll move these under our tree once we get it decorated.
Jake got home about the time I finished wrapping. He went into the garage and started to tackle assembling our new baby!

Does anyone know anything about having a treadmill in the garage? We read some things that said it was okay and then some things that said we shouldn’t. We like having our gym
in our garage, but we don’t want to ruin our treadmill, so we can move it inside if we need to. Please let me know if you know what’s best!

How crazy is this? 5 years ago today, I was accepted into my PhD program. Wow. Those years flew by!
Jake and I have the Back 40 race this weekend. We are both running 20 on Saturday and then Jake is riding 20 on Sunday. We are supposed to get some nasty weather. Fingers crossed we don’t! Although, if the race is moved, I’d have more time for my ankle to heal…hmmm. Either way, I’m looking forward to some trail time!
