My Valentines + Cooper is TWO! + birthday weekend
We had the best Valentine’s Day. We relaxed at home and then headed to meet friends at story time at the library.

Sometimes working from home as a mom looks like this – trying to crank out work while little man snoozes. Plus snacks. Always snacks.
Red Friday and man buns…does it get any better? Ha! We aren’t ready to cut this kid’s hair, but he’s definitely getting close to needing a trim. I just love his little curls so much.
Nothing sounded good for lunch yesterday, so I whipped up a fried egg sandwich. It hit the spot! I’ve been topping my avocado with Greek yogurt and some sweet Thai chili sauce. It’s delicious.
I know these food aversions won’t last forever, but it is definitely starting to feel that way! Woof. If it’s carbs and cheese, I gotta have it. I made tofu tacos with cheese for lunch Monday, which was okay, but I just want cold things right now.
We had an appointment to check on baby brother Friday morning. I can’t believe we’re just about halfway. We have our anatomy scan in two weeks and I can’t wait to see him!
We have been trying to get outside each day to soak up this sunshine. Coop is always very quick to grab his sunglasses. It’s adorable.
Coop loves to rearrange my decorations. He’s always very proud of what he does.
I did a little meal planning while having lunch Friday afternoon. It’s hard to meal plan when most things don’t sound good…
Thank you so SO much for all your kind words and prayers for our little dude. He is on the mend and just about through the worst of these dang illnesses. Poor kid got hit with pneumonia, an ear infection, and two viruses. We had a very scary day at urgent care where he was…
