We got a new protein flavor – mocha cappuccino. It is delicious! We have been using Optimum Nutrition’s protein powder for about 8 months and we both love it. There’s a link at the end of this post to the mocha! They have SO many different flavors.

This weekend was full of fun, delicious drinks, and lots of family time! Friday morning started with some egg white oats with turkey sausage links.
