This smoothie is SO delicious and creamy. One scoop chocolate PB protein powder, one scoop of collagen, 1/4 cup oats, 3 dates, 1 tablespoon PB, 1 banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, and ice. It’s a new favorite of mine.
I finally went back to work yesterday after two terrible days of having the flu. Apparently, the flu is going around school like crazy. So many teachers and students are out sick. I am so thankful mine didn’t last longer than about 2.5 days.

I had all the beverages with me at school yesterday. I didn’t sleep well Sunday night and woke up feeling pretty crummy, so I chugged coffee and water all day.
On Sunday evening, Jake and I were talking about what a wonderful weekend we had. It was the perfect amount of busy and we got to spend time with a lot of the people we love. Friday morning started with some sleeping in and a massive smoothie for breakfast.
