Jake and I had some leftovers from when we shared fajitas the other night, so we had them for lunch yesterday. I topped mine with some lettuce and Sriracha. YUM.
A friend shared this meme on social media and it made me laugh SO hard. I recently curbed Lola (my car) and put a gauge in one of my wheels. It was such a sad day. I don’t think I got this much air, but who’s to really know… This girl is a Daddy’s girl.…
As soon as I finished my run Tuesday morning, I roasted some veggies for breakfast. When they were cooked, I made a bowl with sliced carrots, beets, brussels, two eggs, and two strips of bacon. It was delicious. To roast the veggies, I dumped a bag of frozen carrots, broccoli, and some fresh brussels into…
Our incredibly talented friend, Brandi, who owns BGstudios Photography, took some fun headshots for me a few weeks ago. She somehow manages to make every picture look amazing and unique. If you need a photographer, check her out! She is fantastic. Always.
This weekend a busy, but relaxing one. My Friday started with a little self-care – delicious coffee and breakfast from Dancing Mule and a massage! I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage and I 100% fell asleep during the end of it. It was amazing.
Lunch Tuesday was a garden veggie wrap with lettuce, a little mayo, tofu, and Sriracha. I also had a little cauliflower risotto. I found it frozen at the grocery store and it is SO good. I added a little coconut aminos to it and it hit the spot!
I HAVE to stop hitting snooze in the mornings. It’s way too hot to start a run after 8AM. Jake and I headed out for some miles with Rhea around 8:30 Wednesday morning. All three of us regretted not waking up earlier.
I have been struggling to get up in the mornings this week. I’ve just been feeling worn out. I also just really love sleep. I didn’t fall asleep until almost 3AM Monday night, so I didn’t get up at 4AM to run with the girls. I slept in, did a little computer work, then…
Rhea is so obsessed with Jake. There is no doubt that he is hands-down her favorite. I’ve accepted it. Also, this wasn’t some picture I took in a sneaky way. Jake knew what I was doing and still made this face! Ha!
What a fun weekend! Friday morning started with a breakfast date with Jake. We went to First Watch and shared their avocado toast and salmon bagel. Both were delicious!
