Baby Bradley – Our Journey

September 17th: My 32nd birthday! The morning started with a couple shots. Not the kind you might be thinking of…these were less fun, but don’t result in a hangover, so I guess ya win some, ya lose some. ; )

Jake and I spent the morning of my birthday together and we had the best time. We went to brunch, stopped by a local boutique I love, then it was back to the apartment for a 3 hour webinar that I had signed up for. About 2 hours into the webinar, I had to take a pill (Indomenthacin) that always makes me super sick. I spent the last hour of the webinar laying on the floor in my office. I was so dizzy and felt like I was going to throw up. Ugh. It was awful. I made it through the webinar, then crawled into bed for the next 2 hours. I was just praying that I’d feel better before meeting my family for my birthday dinner.

The girls took care of me while I napped. Rhea loves to hold hands.

I woke up feeling SO much better, so I got ready for dinner and met my family for dinner. Everyone came back to our apartment after dinner, so they all watched me do my trigger shot at 8:30, ha! I hit a blood vessel, so there was a lot of blood and some instant bruising. I think I scarred everyone. I think year 32 is going to be a good one!

September 18th: Here’s the bruising from my trigger shot (the one on the right) and then some other bruising from another shot (on the left).

Friday afternoon, we loaded up the car and headed to STL for my second retrieval. We had a little date night on Friday and ate at the cutest little Italian place called, Babbo’s. It was SO delicious.
